This product is exactly what we need.  When we made this inquiry a month ago, we had determined that the higher cost for the tote was ok because it was a super tote.  Then when we made the purchase the cost was $200 more than the original quote and we were not notified of the increase.  The tote was also to be shipped out on a Monday and it wasn't shipped until a Wednesday which made it arrive later than we had scheduled for.  We were never notified of the delay in shipping and the only notification we received was whenw the email was sent showing the product had been shipped.  We are a new company and deadlines are extremely important to us.  If the shipment was delayed, we need to know that before so we can make a decision on whether or not to keep this purchase.  We do not have employees in Las Vegas so we have to make arrangements for one of the partners to be there to accept the shipment. Hopefully we will have a better experience if we order again.
