I was pleased to fine your site and that you had glycerin available. I grow eucalyptus through the summer and harvest it in late fall. I put the trimmed pieces into a container with the glycerin. The plant drinks up the glycerin and will not dry out. It's a perfect home "deodorizer" throughout the winter. So thank you again!

Sadly, the gallon of glycerin jug had a small rupture leak, not a top seal leak.  The plastic outer bag did not contain the leak, and about one fourth to one third of the liquid was lost.  By the appearance of the outer box, the damage was caused by improper (rough) handling of the package enroute.   The product is perfectly fine otherwise.   I am NOT requesting a replacement.  These things happen.  I suggest using packing peanuts to cushion the heavy plastic container for shipment.
