Required a rush order mid day on a Friday for a SAM club in Knoxville. Refrigeration was down and $100,000 in lost product was possible they could not get up ASAP. We made arrangements to pick the product up in Kennesaw. Deionized water drums and Dowfrost were stocked and we were able to meet the customer demands.
