I am the service manager of a bike shop in NYC and this was bought for a parts washer. Initial purchase was months prior and never showed up. After investigation, product was damaged and never delivered. I reached out to ChemWorld for resolution and they were able to re-send it. Would deduct a half star for having to reach out in the first place but the company was so easy to work with after the fact, this remains 5 stars.

Our di-water system is down and we needed some di-water to prepare buffers for electrophoresis and ELISA assays and this worked well without costing as much as the alternatives.

Product was delivered in great conditions the second time. The deionized water was spilled in the box, and I emailed the company about it, next day they delivered another order at no cost. Great customer service!
