I made an attempt to purchase the proper pump but "I" made the mistake of not thoroughly reviewing my purchase, not once, but twice. Your staff was very cordial in working with me to ensure I purchased the correct pumps. Customer service means a lot, and my experience has proven to me that your staff is willing to put up with a "difficult customer", so I definitely will be purchasing in the future.

I initially purchased the wrong voltage Stenner pump (my mistake).  They provided a refund for the original pump when I returned it and pointed me to the correct item to order.  Excellent customer service and prompt shipping.  Great experience for me and I will use ChemWorld again when I need another pump or supplies.

Delivery was excellent after installation I found that 3/8" discharge line leaks and I am wondering if there should have been ferrules on the tubing before the nut was hand tightened? Pls submit a phone number that I can talk to a representative.
