Hazardous Ingredients:
- Benzyl Alcohol - Cas No. 100-51-6

- Dihydrogen Sulfate - Cas No. 7664-93-9
- Hydroxyacetic Acid - Cas No. 79-14-1
APPLICATION:
- Use as received, but can be cut 50/50 with water for light-duty or single coat paint removal.
- Heat from ambient to 140F (Heat will significantly decrease strip time on almost every coating).
- Use heat and acid resistant tank, piping, and equipment.
- Mix or recirculate when heated, as components could separate during lengthy heating periods.
- Cover tank when possible to minimize product evaporation.
- Remove parts slowly from the process tank to minimize product drag-out.
- Let parts drain over the tank whenever possible. Rinse in fresh water after stripping.
- Remove stripped paint from tank often. This will extend tank life and minimize paint removal time.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will your Paint Stripper Chemworld Paint Immerse go through 5 plus inches of both epoxy primer and polyurethane paint on the floor?
- It would be nearly impossible to get through 5” thick epoxy primer and polyurethane paint with a chemical. 1/4” is about the maximum. That paint must be manually removed first, then a paint removal program can be started.
