Check valve crack open pressure 10 psi.
Rated to 750F.
Custom length injection quills to 24" with an internal check valve are available.
For 1/2" NPT fittings, consider using a 1/2" stainless steel injection quills.
Standard 2 3/4" chemical injector quills are available for 4" pipes.

When I specify the length required, is it asking for the length of just the quill or does that length also include the NPT fitting? The length only refers to the injector. It does not count the NPT fitting. Here is the drawing of the dimensions for our standard length quills:
